GitLab Security Release: 16.1.1, 16.0.6, and 15.11.10

On June 29, 2023, we released versions 16.1.1, 16.0.6, and 15.11.10 for GitLab Community Edition (CE) and Enterprise Edition (EE). These versions contain important security fixes, and we strongly recommend that all GitLab installations be upgraded to one of these versions immediately.
